CIC 2025 Golf Outing - Tournament Agreement and Cancellation Policy

  1. All golfer payments are due on/by June 16, 2025. If payment is not made by this date, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

  2. All sponsorship payments are due on/by June 2, 2025. Failure to pay by this date will result in your company not being not represented at the tournament and removed from signage, promotion materials and related.

  3. All parties agree to all Federal, Illinois state, Cook County, and Orland Park local city laws, limitations and rules.

  4. In case of a weather-related cancellation, the golf portion of the outing will be refunded. The non-golf events (such as Dinner, Illini Want That! Auction, Guess the Tees, Illini Plinko, etc.) will take place.

  5. By taking part in the golf outing you agree that CIC may group up to two (2) foursomes totaling no more than eight (8) total people at each hole as part of the scramble format for golf. Foursomes may request what groups they wish to golf with, which will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis provided all foursome golfer names and contact info is provided.

  6. Golfer cancellation policy:

    1. All cancellations will incur a $20 processing fee.

    2. Cancellations made between May 15 - June 1 will be issued a refund of 75% of golfer fees.

    3. Cancellations made between June 2 and June 15 will be issued a refund of 50% of golfer fees.

    4. There will be no refund for cancellations made after June 16, 2025.

    5. No partial refunds for a foursome will be given.  We encourage you to find others to join your foursome.  We can also be of assistance in finding folks to round out your foursome, if necessary.
