The Chicago Illini Club has had the honor of representing the over 250,000 University of Illinois Urbana Champaign alumni in the Chicago area since 1886.  Our mission is to support the educational purposes of the University, cultivate friendship among club members, and express loyalty to the University. Our annual golf outing is our sole fundraiser for the year.  This year’s outing will be held June 5 at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge.  It is not only an enjoyable day of not so serious golf, food, and drinks, but also affords each participant a chance to connect and network with new and old friends.  Proceeds from our outing go to scholarships, organizations at the University of Illinois and local charities. We can offer you the opportunity to be seen as a loyal supporter of the Chicago Illini Club by our approximately 105,000 email subscribers and 4000+ Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter followers.   All donations will be acknowledged on social media, on our website, in our newsletter, in our golf program booklet and on signage on the golf course.

RED GRANGE Presenting Level - $5,000 (SOLD OUT!)

  • Overall Tournament “Presenting” Sponsor.

Includes two foursomes.  Your company name will be announced throughout the event. Opportunity to address guests at dinner. We will place your company logo on all our golf promotions, provide exclusive mentions on social media, and will procure event signage at registration and on the course. Prominent full screen ad with your logo on all golf carts’ GPS throughout the day. Your company will also receive an exclusive social media paid promotion.  Finally, your company’s full color logo will prominently appear on our new golf outing website.  

 

 FIGHTING ILLINI Supporting Level - $2,500 (SOLD OUT!)

 
  • Overall Tournament “Supporting” Sponsor.
    Includes one foursome.  Your company name will be announced throughout the event. Opportunity to address guests before the carts leave for the course. We will provide exclusive mentions on social media and will procure event signage at registration and on the course. Your company will also receive an exclusive social media paid promotion.  Finally, your company’s full color logo will prominently appear on our new golf outing website.

Alma Mater Level - $1,500

All include placement of your logo in all our golf promotions, exclusive mentions on social media, and your logo will be featured on our golf outing website.

 

  • Dinner Sponsor - Your logo will appear on every table at dinner. (If you will be providing the center piece for each table, you will receive entries for 2 golfers.) 

 

  • Golf Balls - Each golfer will receive one sleeve of golf balls with your company logo or slogan printed on one side.  (If you provide the sleeves of logoed golf balls for each golfer, you will receive entries for 2 golfers.)  SOLD OUT!

 

  • Hole in One Sponsor – Sponsor our $10,000 Hole in One Contest! We’ll buy the insurance, you get all the glory! (If you would like to provide your own hole in on insurance, you will receive entries for 2 golfers.) Your company name prominently displayed at all 3 Hole-in-One contest holes.

 

  • Orange Ticket Sponsor - Just like Willy Wonka! Your company will be the exclusive sponsor of our “Orange Ticket” prize giveaway (Orange Ticket Sponsored by…) (If you provide the prizes, you will receive entries for 2 golfers. 
  • Cooler Sponsor - Your logo displayed on all beverage cooler bags provided to golfers. (If you provide the cooler totes, you will receive entries for 2 golfers!)

Oskee-Wow-Wow Level - $1,000

All include exclusive social media postings and your logo will be featured on our golf outing website.

 

  • Happy Hour Sponsor - Table signs with your company name/logo, your company name/logo will be on every box of appetizers and you will receive a special mention during the program. SOLD OUT!

 

  • Lunch Sponsor - Your name/logo everywhere during BBQ Buffet lunch cookout, along with exclusive signage on the course SOLD OUT!

 

  • Golf Cart Sponsor – Every golf cart will display your company name/logo along with customized golf pencils. 

 

  • Cigar Pull Sponsor – You pull a number, you get that numbered bag with a “cigar” – some are  cigars, some are bubble gum, some are premium Illini football and basketball experiences.  Your name/logo prominently displayed with signage and your name/logo on the bags.

 

  • "Goodie" Bag Sponsor - Your logo displayed on the “goodie” bags distributed to all golfers and volunteers! 

Three-In-One Level - $750

All include exclusive social media postings, and your logo will be featured on our golf website.

 

  • Beverage Cart Sponsor - Company logo prominently displayed on the beverage carts. SOLD OUT!

 

  • Bloody Mary Bar  - Your name/company logo prominently displayed at our Bloody Mary bar along with custom beverage napkins imprinted with your logo SOLD OUT!

 

  • Volunteer T-Shirt Sponsor -  Exclusive opportunity to show your support for all our tremendous volunteers!  Your logo prominently displayed on your choice of front or back of shirt. 

 

 

Loyalty Level - $500

All include social media postings, and your logo will be featured on our golf website.

 

  • Illini Plinko Sponsor - Just like on The Price is Right! Your logo will be displayed on our Plinko game on the course!

 

  • Guess the Number of Tees Sponsor -  Your logo displayed at the Number of Tees Guessing Game

 

  • NEW!  Axe Throwing – Your company logo stationed at our not so dangerous axe throwing game.

 

  • Water Target Sponsor – Your company logo prominently displayed at our Water Target Challenge.  SOLD OUT!

 

  • Registration Table Sponsor - Be the first logo our golfers see!  Your logo displayed at the registration table also with custom pens with your company name distributed to all!

 

  • Putting Contest Sponsor - Your logo prominently displayed at our pre-golf putting contest. SOLD OUT!

 

  • I-L-L-I-N-I Dice Game Sponsor - Your logo prominently displayed at our Dice Game

 

  • “Chippo” Sponsor – You will be sponsoring our on course chipping challenge, Chippo. Includes signage at game site.

  • Official Vodka Sponsor – Your company’s product will be the official vodka served at our Bloody Mary Bar. ​ SOLD OUT!

 

  • Official Soda Sponsor – Your company’s product will be the official soda for the entire event!

Orange Level - $250

Exclusive signage at a tee box, or specialty hole; such as “Longest Drive”, “Closest to the Pin”, etc.

Blue Level - $100
Non-exclusive in-ground sign placed at a tee box showcasing company name and/or logo. 

Raffle Prizes, Gift Certificates, Gift Bag items – TVs, electronics, golf equipment, gift certificates, etc. Be creative!

Other Ideas? All donations, regardless of size, will be accepted and acknowledged at the event. Sponsoring small items used to stock our gift bags is also appreciated and can be negotiated. Ideas include repair tools, tees, cookies, etc.

Proceeds from the golf outing are directed to numerous causes at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and in the Chicago area. The Chicago Illini Club is an affiliate of the University of Illinois Alumni Association, a 501(c)3 non profit organization.
