Joining provides a great way to get to know and meet fellow Illini, expand your social and professional networks and give back to the University. Each year we support two students with the James Newton Matthews Scholarship Fund. We support two annual awards of $1,300 (per student) to incoming freshmen who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement in high school. Scholarship recipients must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 4.4 on a 5.0 scale and progress toward a degree to remain eligible for the scholarship for all four years.Thank you for visiting us and we hope to see you at one of our events soon!
